The first part of the workshop will be movement based inspired by CTC’s show: Identity. Get the body moving and develop your own material focusing on specific subjects in connection to mental health and identity.

This will be followed by a group discussion and Q&A, creating a safe space to express opinions and ideas and also to encourage confident communication. There will also be time for some meditation to relax the mind and be in the moment and be aware of your body.

In the session you’ll learn some useful tools to use yourself whilst going through mediation, so when in moments where everything seems too much, you’ll be able to focus on being clam and sparking some confidence.
