2020 will mark the 26th year of the Camberwell Arts Festival, the longest running visual arts festival in the UK. We are proud of our history in Camberwell, and could not operate without the continued collaboration and support of Camberwell’s creative community.
Friends of Camberwell Arts make a valued and essential contribution to our yearly summer festival and winter programme, with all donations going straight back to the community, providing access to the arts, opportunities to local artists and unforgettable experiences. The Friends of Camberwell Arts Scheme costs £50 a year and with your help we hope to build an even more sustainable and inclusive artistic experience for communities across SE5.
As a Friend of Camberwell Arts you will receive:
A free copy of our bi-annual brochure delivered to your door
2 copies of Colour in Camberwell colouring book, with 25 images gifted by local artists
A thank you in both in our brochures and on our website
A thank online and across our social media channels
2 invitations to our annual theme reveal, launch and closing parties
Discounts on Camberwell Arts merchandise

What People Say About Camberwell Arts
Lumberjack Cafe is located in the heart of Camberwell, part of the charity London Reclaimed which helps to train local young people in hospitality. We love working with the Camberwell Arts festival, hosting events and running a summer exhibition for local artists during the summer festival.

SE5 Forum for Camberwell is proud to support and work together with Camberwell Arts as it seeks to serve the whole of the Camberwell community. The summer Camberwell Arts Festival draws in people from all walks of Camberwell life but most especially parents and children and the seasonal Arts Markets and Open Studios are increasingly important events in the cultural calendar of Camberwell.
Barbara Pattinson, Chair - SE5 Forum
The Camberwell Arts Festival has been a highlight of my summers and winters since 2017. The open studios and summer festival are a superb platform for showing work, developing new projects and meeting new people within and around Camberwell’s creative and supportive community.

Support Creative Camberwell
Colour in Camberwell is a special edition colouring book that celebrates creative diversity in South East London created in 2019 to commemorate 25 years of London’s oldest visual arts festival.
Profits for the colouring book go straight back into Camberwell Arts, supporting the festival and raising funds to support local artists through commissions.
