Paul Ashurst
Artist Statement
Born in 1949, Ashurst studied at Farnham Art School, then Central School of Art. He has had shows nationally and Internationally since the early 70s. His career has covered extensive mural commissions , landscape (and occasional portrait work) on canvas. He now works almost exclusively on paper, generally totally abstract and on a fairly small scale.
