Whether you’re a professional or complete beginner, you’re invited to join the Camberwell Quarantine Choir for an informal performance of Camberwell music hall classics, centred around That Mesmerizing Mendelssohn Tune.
Irving Berlin’s ragtime song was inspired by Mendelssohn’s popular piano piece, Spring Song, which he composed whilst visiting Camberwell in 1842. His original name for the piece? Camberwell Green
