Daisy Perkins
Artist Bio
I work quite fast and largely from life, thriving off the immediacy of the moment and the invigoration of painting instinctually. My love of movement and light underpin all my drawings and paintings of both the nude and of landscape. I want my viewers to feel a little of the essence and beauty of humanity and the world around us.

Artist’s Statement
Based at and co-managing Clockwork Studios, at the foundation of Daisy’s work is her classical training at London Fine Art Studios, where she learnt the fundamentals of drawing and painting.
She continues to pursue her love of drawing and painting the nude, exploring her visuals language in expressing the human form. Focusing on movement, colour and light she hopes to tap into our common human experience with both ourselves and the world.
A love for travel and exploration has taken her abroad where painting has been a way in which she can connect with and share her experiences of other cultures. She hopes her painting expressing a common humanity and a love of people, culture and landscape.
She has exhibited with the RBA, SWA, Leighton House Museum, at The Osbourne Gallery and with Nadia Waterfield Fine Art. She has just finished shooting a documentary in Morocco on the experience of travel through the eyes of an artist.
